Conned by Royal Mail? - Your opinion appreciated:)

At best, the wording is deceptive. The average consumer (who certainly must be the benchmark in English law) would be confused. I immediately assumed 30 sheets are in there. It should say, ‘Sheets not included,’ and in fact I would have believed them more if there were no sheets at all—yet they gave you nine. How they get a total of nine in the initial purchase is totally beyond me.
Duly blogged at my work blog (http://jackyan.com/blog).
[this is good]

Good point Jack. Perhaps if Royal Mail has included the words, 'up to', i might have paused to wonder if it contained 30 pages. Though it is not observable on my various(as it is a private process), my first reaction in the face of any critique or alleged mistake on my part is to assume my fallibility - thus my posting this article for public evaluation and determination if 'ed is a fool or has been fooled'.

Thank you for 'blogging' this at your 'work blog' mate. Truly appreciated. I know that this is a small issue, but it is the principle that matters to me - as i'm sure it is to yourself.

On a related note, the misinformation here might just be a reflection of the general illogical manner in which the entire site is constructed. In a decade of 'surfing', I find Royal Mail's philately section to be the most illogically structured site where navigation is concerned. Additionally, the information and illustrative images do not depict the important aspects of many of the featured products. I'm constantly surprised that an organisation of the stature of Royal Mail pays so little attention to the quality of their site.
